Spires Restaurant Torrance: A Cozy Spot for Delicious Dine-In Experiences

Nice place to have a tasty meal. Love coming here Brings me back when I used to dine with my Family. Many good memories and good food. This is a cozy spot for anytime meals. Waitress is always checking in on us. Service is above awesome

Please take a moment and actually read this review. The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. Especially Sunny, he's a kind, friendly, wonderful man. Their food is excellent, and they have an amazing kitchen staff performing miracles in that kitchen. It's a simple place, with a menu similar to Denny's or Perkin's, but the quality is SO much better than either of those places. Go see Sunny, talk to him, tell him you appreciate him and the job he does. Leave him a nice tip. Everyone there was amazing. We have always been instantly greeted, seated, and beveraged. Not even a five minute wait from taking our order to getting us our food. The staff here could teach master classes about kindness, manners, efficiency, and everything related to the service industry. As a former service industry worker myself, and a frequent traveler that dines out a lot.. I can tell you with great conviction that the staff here are some of the best in the business. Whoever owns this place needs to give them all a raise, give Sunny a hefty bonus and send him in an all expenses paid vacation. He's earned it, a thousand times over. 10 out of 5 stars. Will dine here every chance I get. Thank you,, thank you, thank you.

My mom had been coming to this Spires for los of years. We went to other Spires around the area, but their food isn't as good. This place has nice cold salads and their soup is very good. They have very good dressing for their salads. We've tried many different dishes and haven't been disappointed. They play some really good music and its not too loud. The staff is very friendly and does a great job with service. Oscar is our favorite waiter. He's very popular because he does a great job pleasing customers.

I come here often. The food is always good. The service is beyond great, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

The food was Great Had the Tuna Melt, Western Burger, Cob Salad (Instead of Turkey Grilled Chicken, Fish and Chips. Service Good but a little slow. Would Recommend To Family and friends.

Spires takes me back to when I was a kid, and, this visit was just as great as what I remember from 30 years ago. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious! Oscar, my server, was very attentive, and he's clearly a favorite of the regulars, as they seem to know him by name, and, he already knows what they're likely to order. I wish the one near me was still open, but, it was a pleasure and a treat to stop into this location on my way through Torrance.

My mom & I received EXCELLENT service upon our arrival, and it continued throughout our meal; Oscar was superb - fast, accurate, and personable/friendly. Everything we ordered (Eggs Benedict; 1/2 Tuna Melt w/salad & soup) was prepared perfectly. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend this Spires location.
